You will mentor engineers, drive data-driven improvements, and partner with R&D to scale from prototype to manufacturing. The role requires expertise in automated test systems, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
• Extensive semiconductor device testing and laser diode characterization experience.
• Ability to diagnose complex test issues and implement engineering solutions.
• Strong background with automated test systems, data acquisition, and statistics tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead test process development for semiconductor devices including laser diode technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex test and yield issues across production lines.
• Analyze data to characterize device performance and guide long-term improvements.
• Guide NPI from prototype to full-scale manufacturing with R&D and Operations.
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
