Swagelok in Solon, OH, seeks a senior engineering services leader to translate technical expertise into strategic business impact. You will train across the organization, consult on product and service development, and strengthen global technical acumen in sales and service centers.

You will guide specifications for new offerings, collaborate across marketing and engineering, and identify opportunities through deep customer understanding.

Position Summary:

A leading global expert in key markets & applications. Responsible for translating technical expertise into business results. This position demonstrates expertise in target markets and applications through various customer-facing channels. Responsibilities include identifying training needs and developing global technical acumen. This position trains both inside and outside the Swagelok organization, consults on new and existing product & solutions development efforts, supports key projects, and collaborates across the organization to strengthen Swagelok’s global position as a technical resource and solutions provider. Looked to internally and externally as a trusted thought leader and technical subject matter expert..

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Promote and enhance Swagelok’s image and reputation as a fluid system expert upon which customers can rely

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Required:

Education: Bachelor of Science in Engineering

Experience:

• Ten (10) years of experience in the use of advanced techniques and the modification and extension of theories, preceptors, and practices of a variety of sciences and technical disciplines. Included in those ten years is five (5) years minimum of industry acknowledged expertise in desposition and etch processess.

• 5+ years of experience working with semiconductor, OEM or FAB customers
