Qualifications

• 3 years of experience with semantic web technologies or knowledge graph engineering.
• Understanding of formal knowledge representation and ontology modeling.
• Experience with data mappings across diverse data sources.

Responsibilities

• Author Logical Data Model Ontologies from Upper Ontologies and Semantic Taxonomies to represent enterprise data.
• Design and maintain Knowledge Graph Mappings across relational databases, REST APIs, in-memory data structures, and streaming sources.
• Curate Semantic Taxonomy structures using controlled vocabularies and Concept Schemes.
• Contribute to Upper Ontologies and Semantic Taxonomies governance for standardization.
• Enable Virtual Knowledge Graph capabilities with on-the-fly materialization without data movement.
• Collaborate with data architects, domain experts, AI engineers, and ML engineers on design decisions.
• Participate in ontology governance activities including versioning and deprecation policies.
• Translate complex business and data requirements into formal semantic representations for technical audiences.
