• Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics for Marketplace Seller Operational Risk across the 3P seller lifecycle.
• Define measurement, experimentation, forecasting, and performance strategy.
• Own KPI frameworks, executive reporting, and anomaly detection.
• Build reusable SQL/Python assets and data marts for measurement.
• Partner with Data Science on predictive risk models and threshold optimization.
• Apply experimentation to evaluate controls and guide product decisions.
