We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Security Technician (Class D License) to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. This role is pivotal in ensuring the highest level of security for our construction sites and facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the latest security technologies and systems, including burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV. If you have the required skill set and are passionate about maintaining safety and security, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various security systems such as burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV.
• Act as the point of contact for all security-related issues, providing prompt and effective solutions.
• Train and supervise a team of security technicians, ensuring they are well-versed with all security protocols and procedures.
• Conduct regular security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement necessary security upgrades.
• Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure security measures align with project requirements.
• Develop and implement security policies and protocols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in security technology and suggest improvements to existing systems.
  
  

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class D License.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Security Technician in the construction industry.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with burg alarms, Lenel, Bosch, exacq, Brivo, EagleEye, Kantech, and CCTV.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a team of technicians.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex security system issues.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to ensuring the highest level of security.
