Job summary

PSG Global Solutions is hiring a security systems installer in Maple Grove, MN. The role covers installing, testing, and programming integrated security solutions across access control, IP video, intrusion, and visitor management, with minimal supervision.

You will lead installation teams, ensure quality, and deliver exceptional customer service while tracking progress to completion. 3+ years of related experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years installing, servicing, and programming commercial security systems, access control, IP-based video systems and intrusion alarm systems.
• 3+ years of project leadership experience with full supervision responsibility.
• Certification and experience with one or more access control or security management systems, including Honeywell Pro-Watch, Genetec, Openpath, Exacq, Software House or Avigilon.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with a process-driven approach.
• Knowledge of networking and internet technologies.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR).
