Job summary

Bosch Building Technologies North America is seeking a Senior Technician - Security in San Diego to lead field installations and ensure high-quality execution for integrated security systems. The role involves hands-on installation, testing, and close-out activities across multiple security subsystems.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of senior/lead technician experience with a security integrator, with strong knowledge of access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as a Senior/Lead Technician with a security integrator.
• Experience with access control, video surveillance, and intrusion systems.
• Valid US driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to pass pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and mentor to assigned team of technicians.
• Install, test, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all security systems at customer sites.
• Installation will include Video NVR/Servers, IP Cameras, Access Control Devices, Intrusion Devices, Head End Panel Installations, Intercoms, Wireless Devices, Switch Gear.
• Perform assigned projects within scope, in a timely manner, and on budget.
• Provide customers with system operation and training.
• Maintain concise daily records and follow operational standards.
