Qualifications

• Incumbent must possess and maintain current certification in a California Guard Card and D.O.J. Chemical Agent.
• Must have BCLS Certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross.
• Must have a current and valid CA driver’s license.
• Ability to see aspects of public relations in all facets of the job and the ability to understand the effects of actions on the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to all security personnel and program policies and procedures.
• Supervise and deploy security staff, manage schedules based on demand and skill set.
• Directly supervise security officers protecting property and restricted areas; monitor crowds at events.
• Train security officers and oversee the Photo Identification Program.
• Ensure compliance with policies, state laws, and regulatory requirements.
