Qualifications

• Supervisory experience managing uniform security staff is required.

• Strong knowledge of emergency procedures, safety standards, and personnel training.
• Must successfully complete all pre-employment screenings and meet local licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and supervision for all assigned security personnel.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Metro One and client facility management.
• Train and supervise staff on emergency response procedures and fire safety measures.
• Document risk conditions, incidents, and safety concerns; report findings to client and Metro One leadership.
