Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Philadelphia, PA for a full-time, site-based role. You will supervise security officers, coordinate service delivery on the shift, and act as a liaison with site leadership and the Account Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Must possess effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor with the public.
• Must be able to prepare written reports and logs neatly.
• Licensing requirements depend on state/local laws and may be required.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills are required.
• Must work outdoors in various weather and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of security services on the assigned shift.
• Serve as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition, and discipline within empowerment guidelines.
• Prepare and maintain shift-related reports and logs.
