GardaWorld Security Services in Perris, CA is looking for a Lead Security Officer - Warehouse to join our team. You will lead a shift, supervise Officers, enforce post orders, and deliver excellent customer service while safeguarding people and property.

The role requires strong communication, a HS diploma or GED, and a valid BSIS Guard Card. Full-time hours on 2nd shift (Tue-Sat, 2pm-10pm) with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.

As a Lead Security Officer - Warehouse, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full time, Tuesday - Saturday, 2pm - 10pm, 2nd shift

Responsibilities of a Lead Security Officer

• Lead Officers in assigned shift
• Ensure policies, procedures, and post orders are being met.
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications for Lead Security Officer

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security training can be obtained during the hiring process)
