As a Security Officer – Lead, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations center, call center, parking gatehouse, etc.

• Site Location: Roseville, MN
• Set schedule: Part-time, Sunday through Tuesday, 3rd shift 9:30 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.

Responsibilities Of a Lead Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity
• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises
• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions
• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications Of a Lead Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Strong report writing skills
• Sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills
• Strong proficiency with technology
• If you have Military or Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have security experience.
• You have leadership experience.
• You have a state license if required.
• You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
