Qualifications

• 3+ years providing direct customer service utilizing conflict resolution skills
• 2+ years having direct patient contact in a level I trauma center in an emergency department setting
• 2+ years demonstrated ability to de-escalate conflict in a positive manner
• 1+ years of law enforcement and/or military experience, with confrontational situations preferred
• Must be able to read, write and speak effectively in English
• Basic computer knowledge required
