Marksman-Titan Security is currently hiring for a Lead Security Officer to work at a location in Miami, FL.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of an assigned client site, including working as a security officer if needed
• Manage a team of security officers, including participating in hiring, scheduling, payroll, training and development, coaching, and discipline
• Ensure client and employee satisfaction through building effective relationships and proactive communication
• Complete operational procedures, including reviewing logs, shift responsibilities, patrol round information, and reporting
• Handle escalated security issues or emergencies
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years’ experience as a security officer or related position
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois PERC, including training requirements
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Proficient in English (reading, writing, speaking)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs, complete foot patrols, walk stairs, work in inclement weather

Preferred Qualifications

• Bi-lingual skills considered a plus
