Overview

The Security Lead is responsible for the duties of a Security Guard and providing guidance to the security team. This person shall ensure that all equipment is maintained in working order and that policies and procedures are followed.

  • Ensure all shifts are covered.
  • Resolve disputes among employees.
  • Promote professionalism within the team.
  • Check all incoming and outgoing boxes, packages, bags, and containers.

  • Check in and out trailers.
  • Monitor entry and exit of personnel.
  • Oversee the parking lot.
