SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure the safety and security of employees and customers.
  • Delegates Duties and assign responsibilities to staff
  • Investigate incidents and / or customer complaints, compiling data for accurate reporting
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are being followed and monitored during the shift.
  • May answer incoming calls to the facility and direct calls or answer patron questions.
  • May be asked to operate a company vehicle and / or equipment that require a valid Driver's License.
  • Other duties as assigned.

STANDARDS OF PERFORMANCE

  • Maintain interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
  • Oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Emergency Disaster Plan Manual.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, AND EXPERIENCE

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Valid Racing License
