Install and service card access, CCTV, intrusion alarm, electronic fire alarm, and other related building system products at customer sites. Lead, direct, oversee, and guide the work of installation technicians. Manage various projects, ensure timely completion, and maintain effective communication through regular meetings and detailed reports.
Follow troubleshooting procedures and refer to manuals, change notices, and bulletins to repair equipment. Install, troubleshoot, and service security systems. Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, and manuals. Exhibit excellent customer service skills by maintaining clear communication with staff and customers. Complete installation, programming, and testing using communication devices. Obtain customer signatures upon completion. Perform other duties as assigned.
