Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services U.S. is hiring a Surveillance Security Officer to monitor CCTV, spot threats, and document incidents. You will respond to incidents, conduct patrols, and control access to secure areas.

This full-time role offers a second shift (Mon-Fri 1PM-7PM), a $21.00 hourly wage, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, holidays, disability, life insurance, and uniform provided.

Qualifications

As a Security Officer – Surveillance, you will be the person spotting threats before they elevate in environments such as a security operations centers, call centers, parking gatehouses, etc.

Responsibilities of Surveillance Security Guard

• Monitor security systems to detect any suspicious activity


• Document observed events and incidents, writing detailed reports


• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats


• Conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety of the premises


• Control access to secure areas and verify the identities of visitors


• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions


• Collaborate with law enforcement in case of serious situations or emergencies


• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of a Surveillance Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.


• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
