Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC, a leader in financial services, seeks a SEC & External Regulatory Reporting Controller for the CCB division in Columbus, OH. You will oversee global regulatory reporting, data flows, and coordination with regulators and auditors.

You will lead ~30 controllers, drive automation of schedules (SEC, FED, OCC, FDIC), ensure accuracy, and partner with cross-functional teams on reporting controls and SOX compliance.

Qualifications

• BS/BA and/or MBA in business or financial related field.
• 10+ years in the Financial Industry or SEC/Regulatory financial reporting.
• Strong leadership, management and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives or projects.
• Analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to challenge status quo and manage multiple deliverables.
• Subject matter expert for regulatory and other external reporting requests.
• Excellent communication and partnering across levels and functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of approximately 30 controllers and analytical solutions professionals: report directly to the CCB Controller.
• Drive change and manage the transition of CCB and Consumer regulatory schedules to strategic solutions with end-to-end automation.
• Ensure data flows, data analytics, variance and trend analysis, and validation of source system information.
• Serve as a key partner and liaison to firmwide report and schedule owners; collaborate with other controllers.
• Assist with preparation and/or review of reports for external auditors, regulators, internal audit and SOX compliance.
