Job summary

Simon Group, LLC is seeking a Supervisory SCRM Analyst to lead a team and provide analytical support for a key client. The role focuses on gathering, synthesizing, and analyzing intelligence related to supply chain, vendors, and personnel vetting.

You will develop knowledge of client priorities, explore new data sources, create queries, and collaborate with other analysts to illuminate risks to missions and operations. US citizenship required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in leading an analytical team.
• Ability to evaluate material for relevance and extract data.
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to brief findings to senior leaders.
• Ability to understand client missions and priorities.
• Knowledge of domains relevant to clients’ capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills under pressure.
• Proficiency with commercial Open Source and other Intelligence platforms.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical research to identify risk, gaps, and adverse information in the client’s supply chain and vendors.
• Provide analysis of adversary capabilities, intentions, techniques, and procedures.
• Prepare presentations and exhibits on project scope and findings.
• Deliver analytical support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Supervise analysts assigned to the client account.
• Ensure delivery of excellent analytical support to clients.
• Provide situational awareness to team members on the client account.
• Track quality control and delivery of due diligence products.
• Lead by example.
