Job summary

Kraft Heinz is seeking a Principal Scientist in R&D – Product Development to lead Elevate Growth initiatives across emulsified lines such as Mayo, dressings, Miracle Whip, and aioli. The role drives leadership, design of experiments, and execution across platforms to deliver high-quality products while ensuring food safety and regulatory compliance.

The position requires a strong technical background in food science/engineering, collaboration across teams, and travel up to 30% to U.S.

Qualifications

• BS in Food Science or related field with 6+ years in food/CPG product commercialization.
• Strong knowledge of ingredients and food product lab testing methods.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities
