• Ph.D. with 8+ years of industry experience in Mechanical or Biomedical Engineering.
• Proven record of scientific accomplishments in combination product development.
• Fluency in structural finite element analysis (FEA).
• Strong troubleshooting and independent lab work skills.
• Experience with 3D CAD (SolidWorks) and stack‑up analysis.
• Fluency in Design Failure Modes and Effect Analysis (FMEA, DFMEA).
• Cross‑functional communication to support project timelines.
• Development experience in regulated environments.
• Vendor/research partner management experience.
