Job summary

American Security & Investigations, a Marsden Holding Company, is seeking a Lead Security Officer to protect buildings and facilities in your community. You will join an essential team responsible for safety and quick incident response.

The role requires working Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM (40 hours/week) with a pay rate of $21.25 per hour. Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, hold a valid driver's license, and clear background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old.
• Must be able to speak English.
• Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
• Be able to meet physical requirements including walking and patrolling, climbing stairs, and performing CPR.
• Previous security experience is preferred.

Job Duties

Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, you’ll be:

Must be able to work alone and in a team concept with kids of all ages and teachers or administration personnel present at all times. Multiple buildings to train at as part of the onboarding process. Must be Lobby Ambassador trained within 90 days of accepting position and completing orientation processing. Will be responsible for several other officers in various buildings simultaneously and will report to the Account Manger & Area Manger for personnel issues and call offs or staffing issues.
