American Security & Investigations is seeking a Lead School Security Officer in Saint Paul, MN. This full-time, permanent role offers a 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM shift with compensation of $21.25 per hour. You will help protect students, staff and facilities across multiple buildings.

The job requires being 18+, fluent English, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, and passing a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check. CPR and physical requirements are also necessary.

Qualifications

Lead Security Officer at American Security & Investigations

Shift

Monday - Friday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (40 hours per week)

Job Duties

Join an essential company to serve and protect the buildings and facilities in your community. For the most part, you’ll be:

Must be able to work alone and in a team concept with kids of all ages and teachers or administration personnel present at all times. Multiple buildings to train at as part of the onboardingprocess. Must be Lobby Ambassador trained within 90 days of accepting position and completing orientation processing. Will be responsible for several other officers in various buildings simultaneously and will report to the Account Manger & Area Manger for personnel issues and call offs or staffing issues.

• Patrolling buildings, facilities, or work sites
• Investigating and reporting hazards or suspicious circumstances
• Securing doors and windows
• Enforcing rules and regulations
• Responding to alarms
