BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to support students aged 3–21 across 6–7 campuses in the southwest Houston area. The role is full-time, contract, based in the district office with travel between sites.

You will conduct evaluations, participate in ARD meetings, deliver direct and consult therapies per IEPs, and maintain documentation in district systems. Prior school or pediatric experience and SHARES/Onward familiarity are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Texas.
• Experience in a school or pediatric setting is required.
• Strong evaluation and documentation skills; familiarity with SHARES school health and Onward software is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and participate in ARD meetings.
• Deliver direct and consult-based therapy as outlined in student IEPs, with clear documentation in district systems.
• Coordinate services across a caseload, ensuring compliance and high-quality care for each assigned school.
• Serve as lead OT, independently managing all aspects of treatment without COTA support.
• Operate daily from about 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (some variation).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school district policies and procedures.
