Job summary

Blazer Jobs is interviewing for a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide leave coverage in a partnered school district. The contract runs from October 14, 2025, through December 19, 2025, with a weekly schedule of 32.5 hours (8:00 a.m. 2:45 p.m.).

The OT will primarily serve one elementary school and provide additional support to two other elementary campuses as needed. Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP support, and collaboration with families and staff.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state OT license and NBCOT registration.
• Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct therapy services to elementary students.
• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress monitoring.
• Support IEP development and implementation.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to promote student success.
• Assist other OTs within the district to ensure continuity of care.
