Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of related experience in building construction and renovations.

Responsibilities

• Drives own vehicle to and from work site and between district sites.
• Directs workers in grounds maintenance: mowing, trimming, raking, and disposal.
• Inspects completed work for conformance to specifications and standards.
• Plans and coordinates contract maintenance projects and inspects buildings.
