Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Two years of related work experience in food service, with leadership preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; ServSafe certification preferred with 90 days to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in serving food to students while meeting safety and quality standards.
• Oversee preparation, setup and serving of food and beverages to meet nutritional requirements.
• Place orders from central kitchen and plan for next day needs.
• Monitor temperatures and adjust as needed.
• Serve as cashier, handle cash and reconcile daily receipts.
• Train new staff and supervise daily kitchen operations.
