Job summary

MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) in Rock Hill, SC seeks a School Based Day Treatment Manager to provide administrative and clinical oversight to the day treatment program within the assigned school district.

Reporting to the Director of School Based Behavioral Health, you will supervise day treatment staff, ensure access for all students, and coordinate with The Center for Telehealth and Psychiatry to align clinical, academic and budgetary goals across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in social work from an accredited program.
• Licensure: SC LISW.
• 4-6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to the day treatment staff, including therapists and counselors.
• Ensure appropriate access for all students in the assigned school district.
• Coordinate with The Center for Telehealth, Department of Psychiatry and Behavior Sciences, and other entities to optimize services and align clinical, administrative, academic and budgetary goals.
