MUSC Community Physicians (MCP) in Rock Hill, SC seeks a School Based Day Treatment Manager to provide administrative and clinical oversight to the day treatment program within the assigned school district.
Reporting to the Director of School Based Behavioral Health, you will supervise day treatment staff, ensure access for all students, and coordinate with The Center for Telehealth and Psychiatry to align clinical, academic and budgetary goals across the organization.

The School Based Day Treatment Manager works under the Director of School Based Behavioral Health and provides direct supervision to the day treatment staff, including but not limited to therapeutic assistant(s), day treatment therapists(s) and clinical counselors. The manager works to ensure appropriate access for all students in the assigned school district. The manager works closely with The Center for Telehealth, Department of Psychiatry and Behavior Sciences, and other entities in the organization to optimize school based behavioral health services ensuring all aspects of the program—clinical, administrative, academic and budgetary—are met.
