Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead CPM scheduling, schedule risk analysis, earned value management, and integrated project controls for large-scale data center projects. This Indiana-based role emphasizes CPM logic, resource loading, and cross-functional coordination to deliver critical infrastructure on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CPM scheduling, EVM, and change management, with extensive experience using Primavera P6 and PMIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years scheduling experience in mission-critical or data center programs or projects.
• Experience utilizing Primavera P6 and PMIS and enterprise project controls platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provides analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Supports the development of plans and schedules for proposals.
• May assist in leading junior staff through assignment tasks.
• Assists in tracking corrective actions.
• Assists in the coordination of schedule input from all parts of the organization.
• Updates and produces scheduling management reports.
• Assists in the development and maintenance of WBS and project coding.
• Able to use drawings and specifications for schedule development.
• Develop CPM schedule logic for engineering, procurement and construction as well as cornerstone scheduling system.
• Able to resource load schedule and perform remedial schedule risk analysis.
• Responsible for assembling data for schedule updating.
• Familiar with construction contracting and the scheduling implications of contract terms.
• Measures progress and reviews invoices of contractors.
• Reviews purchase orders and subcontract schedule status and provides management with input on subcontract performance.
• Knowledgeable of scope control and change management and earned value methodology.
• Assumes responsibility for some elements of baseline schedule and maintenance.
• Familiar with basic cost analysis and forecasting as it relates to planning and scheduling.
• Conducts performance measurement and schedule trends.
• Supports project reporting.
• Participates in and sometimes leads project planning and scheduling review meetings.
• Assists in procedure development and implementation.
