Job summary

MAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products, then sells these items online through auctions. The Scan Team Lead oversees a team that prepares all items for listing and reports to the General Manager. This boots-on-the-ground role emphasizes training, workflow efficiency, and meeting growth goals.

On-site work is required with a Monday–Saturday schedule. Salary is $39,000 annually, with benefits including healthcare after 60 days and weekly paychecks.

Qualifications

• On-site availability with 8-hour shifts and 30-minute lunch, Mon-Sat as per location.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with a team lift.
• Must be able to follow written directions and company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scan items quickly and thoroughly into the system to create online auction listings.
• Search products online and crop photos for listings.
• Correct impartial and inaccurate listings using proprietary software.
• Lift and move items to organize according to the rack system.
• Provide training to team members and ensure goals are met for growth.
• Coordinate with the GM and supervisory team and handle timesheets.
• May obtain forklift certification if required.
