Job summary

MAC.BID in Macon, GA is seeking a Scan Team Lead to supervise a warehouse team, ensuring fast and accurate online auction listings for returned and overstock items. You will oversee inspectors, scanners and put-away staff, train personnel, and coordinate with the GM to meet performance goals.

The ideal candidate has strong leadership, experience in warehouse operations, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team that scans items into the system for listings.
• Ensure accurate listings and improve listing quality.
• Train and supervise inspectors, scanners, and put-away staff.
• Coordinate with GM to meet goals and handle escalations.
• Approve timesheets and assist with disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain safety standards and support forklift certification when needed.
