Job summary

Gulf Coast Industrial is seeking a Scaffold Leadman to safely erect, alter, and dismantle scaffolds throughout the Gulf Coast region. You will ensure OSHA-aligned practices while guiding the crew and coordinating with the Project Manager and customers to complete tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading equipment, directing the Helper/Laborer, and maintaining a clean, organized site. A TWIC card or ability to obtain one is required; a valid driver\'s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be highly productive and experienced in scaffolding work.
• Knowledge of safe work practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to follow directions and maintain site safety.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, alters, and dismantles scaffolds according to OSHA guidelines and manufacturers
• Cooperates with Project Manager and customers to complete work
• Assist in loading, unloading, and storage of equipment and supplies
• Direct the Helper/Laborer in proper work performance and requirements
• Maintain a safe working environment and correct unsafe conditions
• Perform all duties with safety as the priority
