BrandSafway is seeking a Lead Field Supervisor for our Jacksonville operations. You will direct field personnel, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget across projects.

Key responsibilities include field take-offs, material requisitions and logistics, plus active pre-job planning. You will act as the front-line contact for safety, QA/QC, and Job Safety Analysis to maintain high standards. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in field supervision or related craft operations.
• Minimum 3 years assisting Foreperson with crew leadership.
• Experience in field take-off, material requisitions and logistics.
• Front-line contact for safety, QA/QC and safety analyses.

Responsibilities

• Direct field personnel to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and within budget.
• Oversee pre-job planning and material logistics to support crews.
• Maintain safety, quality, and compliance with Job Safety Analysis requirements.
