Qualifications
- Bilingual English & Spanish required.
- Experience in surface preparation, industrial painting, or coatings.
- Ability to lead a crew and oversee job-site operations.
- Strong communication and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of insulation materials, scaffolding installation, and preventive maintenance.
- Ability to use coating inspection equipment.
- Ability to perform light-to-medium equipment repairs.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Willingness to travel as required for projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead a crew and oversee job-site operations.
