Job summary

Acadian Contractors, Inc. is seeking a Scaffold Builder Foreman to oversee safe and efficient construction, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems at our Cocoa, FL site.

You will supervise crews, ensure OSHA compliance, coordinate material and tool procurement, and maintain accurate project documentation. The Foreman will foster a productive safety-first environment, mentor crew members, and maintain professional relations with clients while meeting project timelines and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as Scaffold Foreman preferred.
• Experience reading blueprints and coordinating scaffold layouts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read a tape measure and work with hand tools accurately.
• Fill out daily forms including time sheets, JSAs, and safety records.
• Order and coordinate delivery of tools and materials to match schedules.
• Report incidents promptly to HSE and management.
• Supervise crew performance to minimize waste and maintain professionalism.
• Teach and mentor crew members on scaffold building techniques.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and client safety rules.
• Inspect and tag scaffolds daily and update for changes.
