Job summary

Austin Industrial seeks a Scaffold Builder - Leadman to supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding on industrial sites.

You will oversee erection, transport of materials, securing and leveling, and ensure adherence to OSHA and site requirements. 3–5 years journeyman scaffolding experience preferred; strong leadership required. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Journeyman level scaffolding experience required.
• Ability to supervise scaffold construction and installation.
• Knowledge of OSHA and site-specific requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise in the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding or other temporary structures.
• Instruct on proper scaffold installation and oversee transport and erection of scaffolding materials.
• Inspect and secure scaffolding and ensure stability and safety during all phases.
