Job summary

Austin Industrial is seeking a Leadman Scaffold Builder to supervise the construction, assembly, maintenance, and dismantling of tubular scaffolding. This role requires OSHA compliance and hands-on leadership on job sites.

Candidates must hold NCCER Scaffold certification, a valid driver’s license, and a TWIC card, with at least four years of journeyman experience and the ability to work at heights. This is a full-time field position with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Education: no minimum education requirements.
• Certification/License: NCCER Scaffold certification, a Valid Driver’s License, and a TWIC Card
• Experience: 4 years of Journeyman-level experience.
• Physical, Mental & Environmental Requirements: sit/stand, lift up to 50 pounds, work at elevations and in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise erection and dismantling of tubular scaffolding.
• Instruct on scaffold installation and secure scaffolding.
• Inspect and stow scaffolding material after dismantling.
• Ensure OSHA and site requirements compliance.
• Perform final inspection of completed scaffolding.
