Lead SAP Software Engineer - Quality Engineer (Open to Atlanta and Boston)

Join Converse as a Lead SAP Software Engineer - Quality Engineer and collaborate with global teams to ensure high-quality software solutions. This role involves working with product, technology, and engineering partners to align technology outcomes with business initiatives, mentoring engineering squads, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the design and development of automation and regression testing solutions
  • Mentoring team members and supporting product testing, automation, and performance testing
  • Writing code, conducting peer reviews, and supporting DevOps practices
  • Collaborating with product managers on project planning and resource allocation
  • Supporting cross-team communities of practice in areas like API, Data, Cloud, and DevOps

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in integration technologies and automation tools such as Selenium, SAP Solman, IBIS, Nightwatch, Cucumber, Postman API, Kafka
  • Experience with Open Search, AWS Lambda, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/BMX), and databases like Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
  • Knowledge of SAP ECC & SAP BW/HANA business processes
  • Strong understanding of modern build, continuous integration, and testing strategies
  • Experience with Agile methodologies, Scrum, and DevOps practices

This position offers remote work options for candidates residing in the greater Atlanta or Boston metro areas.

Salary ranges vary based on location and experience, with typical ranges from $65,000 to $120,000.
