Job summary

Realign Llc is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Technical Architect to lead the end-to-end SAP technical architecture for a global transformation. The role requires onsite collaboration in Charlotte, NC with strong leadership across Basis, security, and toolchain governance.

The candidate will drive architecture standards, environment strategy, and end-to-end testing, leveraging SAP Signavio, LeanIX, and Cloud ALM to ensure successful delivery of the Helix program.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of SAP technology experience with architecture leadership on large global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Minimum three end-to-end SAP implementations, including technical architecture for at least one S/4HANA or Rise with SAP program.
• Deep expertise in SAP Basis architecture, landscape design, sizing, high availability, disaster recovery, upgrades, and transports.
• Strong knowledge of SAP HANA, S/4HANA, Fiori, Web Dispatcher, SAP BTP connectivity, and hybrid cloud architecture.
• Experience leading SAP security architecture covering roles, authorizations, and audit controls.
• Experience leading enterprise SAP testing across functional, integration, and performance areas.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end SAP technical architecture for the Helix program and serve as onsite technical leadership focal point in Charlotte, NC.
• Lead SAP Basis, Testing, Security, and integrated toolchain workstreams with governance and delivery plans.
• Define target landscape architecture, environment strategy, sizing, availability, and disaster recovery.
• Create and govern architecture standards, roadmaps, non-functional requirements, and technical-debt controls.
• Lead Basis provisioning, builds, upgrades, patching, and transport routes for production readiness.
• Coordinate environment calendars and releases across ARTs to ensure smooth deployments.
• Define SAP security governance for roles, access, and audit evidence across landscapes.
• Oversee end-to-end test strategy, environments, data, automation, and defect management.
• Govern the toolchain with Signavio, LeanIX, and Cloud ALM to support design, architecture, and operations.
