Job summary

TechDigital Group in Charlotte, NC seeks an experienced SAP Technical Administrator to serve as the primary contact for customers on technology and innovations, and as an escalation point for complex issues. You will understand the customer business, goals and challenges to propose value-adding SAP solutions.

You will identify SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings, design optimal SAP configurations for performance and availability, and apply knowledge of S/4HANA architectures and migration

Qualifications

• SAP Basis administration experience
• Knowledge of SAP HANA architecture and optimization
• S/4HANA migration paths and tooling understanding
• Experience with SAP NetWeaver Administration, migrations and upgrades
• Understanding of SAP cloud integration options (SCP, Ariba, SuccessFactors) is a plus
• Strong technical planning, implementation and configuration skills
• Experience across multiple SAP and non-SAP technologies

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary customer contact for technology discussions and escalation of technical issues
• Understand customer business goals and challenges to propose SAP solutions
• Identify and position SAP Enterprise Cloud Services offerings to deliver value
• Provide knowledge on S/4HANA architecture, migration paths, and tooling
• Understand HA/DR, networks and virtualization relevant to SAP environments
• Demonstrate experience with SAP NetWeaver Administration, migrations and upgrades
• Know SAP cloud solutions and integrations with SCP, Ariba and SuccessFactors where applicable
• Design SAP configurations to maximize performance and availability
