Job summary

Experis seeks a SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Lead Consultant to join the Data Transformation Department. You will lead the end-to-end data migration workstream, coordinating planning, design, execution, testing, cutover, and go-live support with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years ERP data migration experience, 5+ years SAP ECC/S/4HANA migration, and hands-on with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and ETL tools; strong stakeholder

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
8+ years ERP data migration and data transformation experience.
5+ years SAP ECC/S/4HANA data migration experience.
Proven leadership of large-scale SAP S/4HANA data migration initiatives.
Hands-on experience with SAP Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services, SAP BTP Integration Services, and ETL tools.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA data migration workstream including planning, design, execution, testing, cutover and go-live support.
Collaborate with business and functional teams to align data migration with S/4HANA processes.
Define and execute data migration activities: discovery, cleansing, transformation, validation and loading.
Run workshops to define scope, mapping, rules, transformation and governance.
Oversee extraction, cleansing, mapping and migration of master, transactional and historical data.
