Job summary

NAVAIR at Cherry Point, NC seeks a FRCE SAP ISSM IT Cybersecurity Specialist to serve as Lead Cyber Security Program Manager in the Command Operations Department, Information Systems Division, Cyber Security Branch. Role involves guiding cybersecurity strategy, threat analysis, and collaboration with DoD tes t and evaluation for engineering objectives.

Position supports federal cybersecurity programs with comprehensive governance, policy development, and compliance oversight.

Responsibilities

• Guide development and implementation of cybersecurity strategies and policies.
• Provide leadership in identifying emerging cyber threats and trends, advising on impacts and mitigation.
• Analyze Cybersecurity, AT and CYBERSAFE guidelines to develop technical requirements for acquisition documentation.
• Participate in Cybersecurity strategy development and documentation for essential engineering activities.
• Coordinate with NAVAIR and DoD test and evaluation organizations to accomplish program test objectives.
