The role focuses on leading SAP FICO initiatives, implementing solutions, and delivering end-user training to ensure sustained adoption and optimal functionality within the IT Applications team.

Qualifikationen

• Expertise in Finance, Controlling, and Payroll processes, including statutory and regulatory requirements across commercial and military environments.
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI and/or CO modules; translate requirements into effective system solutions.
• Experience in leading cross-functional projects and prioritizing initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold ISO and OSHA policies.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT to understand objectives and opportunities.
• Analyze Finance and Controlling processes; identify solutions to improve efficiency and functionality.
• Lead design, configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP FICO solutions.
• Manage project activities including scope, schedule, cost, deliverables, plus end-user training.
• Provide functional and technical support as an SME for supported applications.
