Job summary

Accenture's SAP practice is hiring a senior SAP technical leader to design, build and test custom development on S/4HANA and BTP. You will guide migrations from classic ABAP to Clean Core and oversee code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and workshops.

You will mentor global teams and collaborate across geographies, applying Generative AI enhancements where applicable. Travel may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, build, and test of SAP custom development and extensibility solutions on S/4HANA and BTP, primarily using ABAP Cloud, RAP, CAP, Fiori, and Clean Core methodologies.
• Drive the transition from classic ABAP to Clean Core; guide custom-code remediation and released-API adoption.
• Own technical design for workstreams; conduct code reviews, architecture sign-offs, and design workshops.
• Leverage Generative AI Hub / Joule Studio to infuse development with SAP Business AI where applicable.
• Guide and mentor global delivery teams; communicate effectively across technical levels and geographies. Travel may be required for this role, from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
