Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking an experienced SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) Lead Developer for a fully remote role based in the United States. You will drive design, development, and optimization of enterprise e-commerce solutions, mentoring juniors and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include 8+ years of software development, 5+ years Hybris, strong Java/Spring, and experience with OCC APIs and headless architectures using Spartacus/ReactJS. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 8 years of software development experience, including 5+ years SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development.
• Strong SAP Commerce architecture, customization, implementation, and development.
• Advanced knowledge of Java/J2EE and the Spring Framework.
• Understanding of B2B commerce processes and sales models.
• Experience with OCC APIs and headless commerce using Spartacus/ReactJS.
• Experience integrating SAP Commerce with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, Salesforce, and external systems.
• Agile software development experience; strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) development activities and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable e-commerce components using SAP Commerce tools.
• Build and customize extensions; manage products/variants; language and currency management.
• Analyze existing functionality and propose improvements for performance and reliability.
• Develop commerce capabilities across cart, catalog, personalization, checkout, and order management.
• Integrate OCC APIs and third-party systems; support headless architectures.
• Mentor junior developers and promote engineering best practices.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
