Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking an experienced SAP Application Developer specializing in SAP BW on HANA to guide a cross-functional team through data modeling and full development life cycle from requirements to deployment.

You will lead design, development, testing, and optimization of BW/4HANA back-end components, data models, and reports while mentoring junior staff and ensuring seamless IT integration across the project.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP BW on HANA Data Model experience.
• 5+ years SAP BW/4HANA back-end development experience.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the business users to qualify requirements.
• Lead routine aspects of the position and report to project leadership.
• Develop solutions related to SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse including SAP BW back-end components and structures (InfoObjects, ODSs, InfoCubes).
• Design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements.
• Responsible for budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning.
• Mentor junior team members and act as SME for SAP BW on HANA.
• Create and develop robust SAP BW on HANA data models, data stores, calculation views, and table functions.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration with other components.
• Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting to enhance performance and reliability.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for knowledge transfer.
