Qualifications

• One year experience in sanitation in a food manufacturing or medical facility.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Computer competent – Word, Excel, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift and assign tasks to sanitation technicians.
• Ensure cleaning per master sanitation schedule and SOPs.
• Disassemble/reassemble equipment to remove food residue.
• Maintain safety and hygiene practices, report unsafe conditions.
• Document and complete sanitation tasks and shift reports.
• Assist in training new employees and evaluating performance.
