Job summary

The J.M. Smucker Co. is seeking a Sanitation Lead to oversee cleaning and sanitation processes in our Columbus facility. You will develop procedures, train staff, and monitor equipment to ensure health and safety compliance and uninterrupted production.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in sanitation or related field.
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Ability to develop and implement sanitation programs and protocols.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and management.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts and schedules as needed.
• Satisfactory disciplinary record, including fewer than 5 attendance points and no written performance discipline.

Status: Hourly

Pay: $24.12

The sanitation lead is responsible for overseeing the cleaning and sanitation processes
